摘要
通过对3Cr2W8V、4Cr5MoV1Si以及5CrNiMo、5Cr2NiMoVSi两组模具钢的热疲劳性能对比试验,证实5Cr2NiMoVSi的热疲劳性能优于5CrNiMo;循环上限温度低于670℃,4Cr5MoV1Si钢的热疲劳性能优于3Cr2W8V钢,循环上限温度为710℃时,反而3Cr2W8V钢的热疲劳抗力较好。文章分析了影响热疲劳性能的主要因素,提出了最佳硬度值范围,为指导热处理工艺提出了可靠依据,并为新材料的合理使用指出了工作温度范围。
Through the contrast experiment of thermal fatigue on two groups of diesteels 3Cr2W8V--4Cr5MoV1Si and 5CrNiMo--5Cr2NiMoVSi, it is confirmed that5Cr2NiMoVSi steel has better thermal fatigue resistance than 5CrNiMo steel.when the cycle up temperature is below 670℃, 4Cr5MoV1Si has better thermalfatigue resistance tham 3Cr2W8V, when the temperature is up to 710℃ thesituation is quite opposite. The paper analgzed the main factors that influence onthermal fatigue property and recommended optimum hardness scope.The paper pre-sents reliable basis for guiding heat treatment technology and presents properworking temperature range of the new developed material.
