摘要
本文采用热裂纹法研究了稀土多元共渗对3Cr2W8V钢热疲劳性能的影响。通过显微硬度、扫描电镜等测试结果表明:稀土多元共渗对3Cr2W8V钢的热疲劳抗力有显著影响,作者从三个方面对结果进行了分析讨论。
The effects of RE-nitrocarburizing to the surface of 3Cr2W8V steel havebeen studied in this paper. Experimental results show that the thermal fatigue of3Cr2W8V steel is obviously improved. By means of ICP、SEM micrography andmicrohardness analysis, reasons of improving the thermal fatigue have been dis-cussed in this paper.
