摘要
本研究选定 Tittagala法作为热作模具材料热磨损的试验方法,并对其模拟性作了改进。经过试验,该模拟试验方法能较好地反映热作模具的工作过程和磨损特征。在碳素钢——模具钢、铝合金——模具钢、铜合金——模具钢不同材料试样的摩擦付试验中,模具材料的高温磨损特性、表面磨损形貌与现场模具寿命、失效模具形貌有着较好的一致性。
We selected Tittagala test method as high temperature wear test method ofdie steel, and the method has been improved. The experimental result has beenshown that the method can reflect the working process and wear characteristic ofhot-work die. In wear test of different materials friction couple: Carbon steel-die steel, aluminium alloy-die steel, copper alloy-die steel, it showed wellconsistent in wear character of die steel with die life and features of the wornsurface.
