摩擦条件对热轧辊材料高温磨损特性的影响

摘要 利用自制高温滑动磨损装置,在不同的温度、速度、压力和冷却条件下考察了高Cr铸铁、中Ni-Cr铸铁、半钢(165CrNiMo)及锻钢(9Cr2)四种辊材与45钢的高温滑动磨损特性。观察分析了磨面形貌,发现在一定条件下能够形成起减磨作用的覆膜。分析了四种材料的耐磨性及其与组织性能的关系。 The high temperature sliding wear of the high-chromium, middle Ni--Cr,adamite (165CrNiMo)and 9Cr2 (the forged steel)roll materials has been investi-gated by means of a high temperature sliding wear testing device of our own makeunder different friction temperature, speed, pressure and cold. It has been sho-wn that the "coat" of high abrasion resistance can be produced under certainfriction condition. Effect of the microscopicstructures upon the abrasion resist-ance of the four kinds of roll materials have been investigated.
