模具材料的高温滑动冲击磨损过程的电镜观察 被引量:2

摘要 在模拟热作模具热磨损试验机上进行高温滑动冲击磨损试验,在各磨损阶段,用扫描电镜对模具试样表面形貌作细致观察,得出如下结论:高温滑动冲击磨损过程的主导磨损机制,早期为磨粒磨损,中期及后期逐步向点状剥落及大块疲劳剥落转移。全部过程都有粘着磨损,后期更为严重。 High temperature slide-impact wear experiments were proceeded on a simu-lation high temperature slide-impact wear test machine. At different wear gradsdefailed observated feature of the surface of the test sample and obtained thefollowing conclusion: The main wear mechanism during high temperature slide-impact wear is abrasion in a early period and then graduly change into spot spa-lling and big block delamination, adhasive wear were obseved in all wear proc-ess and became more serious in the late period.
