摘要
本文对用新型刀具材料切削M38高温合金的切削过程进行了较系统的试验研究,选择了适于加工该合金的刀具材料;确定了较合理的刀具几何参数和切削参数;利用回归正交设计试验方法,建立了各切削特征参数的数学模型;借助于扫描电镜,分析了各种刀具的磨损机理;利用快速停刀装置及显微分析技术,对该合金的切屑形成过程进行了试验分析。本文的研究结果对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, a thorough study on the cutting process of machining supe-ralloy M38 with new types of fool materials is experim?ntally conducted: thesuitable tool materials are selected; the suitable tool materials are selected;the reasonable tool geometry and cutting parameters are determied. By meansof regressive orthogonal design and experimental method, mathematical modelsfor parameters of cutting characteristics are established. By using SEM, thetool wear mechanisms are analysed; with the Quick Stop Device(QSD)andthe optic microscope, the chip formaton is experimentally studied. Some resultsobtained can apply to production practice.
