摘要
本文对菜油水化油脚的基本组成和有关的性能进行了分析和研究;介绍了以菜油水化油脚为主要原料经过物理、化学改性而研制成功的一种新型油类粘结剂—铸造用油脚粘结剂。并对该粘结剂配制的芯砂的性能及其影响因素进行了系统的分析研究,亦对其实际应用情况进行了全面的总结。其中溃散性和发气特性的分析,首次采用了热重分析的新方法。
This paper describes a new type of oil based binder - foundry lecithin bin-der, which is developed successfuly by means of physical and chemical modifyingof the crude rapeseed lecithin.The main compositions of crude rapeseed lecithinand their related characteristics are analyzed. In this paper, the properties ofLecithin Binder - bonded sand the effect factors on them are systemly introduced,and the results of applications in foundry production are comprehensively summedup. The thermograuimetry is used for the first time in evaluations of collapsi -bility and property of gasification of oil based binder - bonded cone.
