高速钢的韧性与韧化

摘要 本文介绍了热处理工艺参数对M2高速钢的K^(1c)和K_(1d)的影响。根据现有文献,高速钢中裂纹可能是以韧性制护展的,由此提出韧化方向为,在保证一定数量碳化物基础上,要增加碳化物的间距、避免形成粗大或堆集碳化物,防止碳化物沿晶析出等。文中还指出,用K_(1d)评定高速钢的韧性可能比较适宜。 This paper deals with effect of heat treatment regims on the K_(1c) and K_(1d)of the M 2 high speed steel. A toughening direction of high speed steels has beendeveloped on the basis of the assumption that cracks in high speed steels areslikely to propagate in ductile mechanisms, which is stated in many articles. Thistoughening direction for high speed steels with the certain amount if carbidescan be improved by increasing the distance between carbides, avoiding the forma-tion of coarsed or aggregated carbides and preventing carbides from precipitatingat grain boundaries. This paper still indicates that it is reasonable to measuretoughness of high speed steels by comparing their K_(1d) values.
