摘要
本文着重根据齿轮动力学原理分析了齿轮传动脱啮振动产生机理,并主要讨论下述三个问题:(1)脱啮产生的基本原理;(2)啮合冲击;(3)关于齿轮传动动态脱啮问题,如啮合刚度变化,动态耦合振动,侧隙效应。同时还讨论了脱啮振动与噪声的基本规律并建立数学模型,从理论上分析了载荷、转速、齿轮误差、啮合刚度,侧隙对脱啮影响所得的与实验研究完全一致,这为我们进一步深入研究齿轮副传动的动态特性,早期故障诊断,失效趋向预报提供了理论基础。
In the paper, according to the gearing dynamic theory. We studied the mec-hanism of the dis--mesh vibration produced in gear train with the emphasis onthree probloms as following: (1)the fundamental principle for producing dis-mesh; (2) the mesh impact; (3) these concerning dynamic dis--mesh of geartransmission such as the change of the mesh stiffness, the dynamic couplingvibration and the effect of circumferential backlash. Simultaneously, the fundamental law between the dis-mesh and the noise hasbeen discussdd and mathematical model established, theoretically analysing theinfluence of load, speed, gear errors, mesh stiffness. from which, the oblainedresults agree perfactly with that gotten by experiments. It would provide theoretical founndation for our further research on thedynamie charaeteristic of gear train, early diagnosis for frouble and predictingdeactive tendenty.
