摘要
为获得熔体直纺涤纶半消光预取向丝的最佳纺丝工艺条件,探讨了冷却条件、插板、集束位置、上油、网络加工、卷绕张力等纺丝工艺对熔体直纺半消光POY品质指标的影响,分析其对品质指标的影响规律,进行纺丝工艺参数的优化。结果表明:纺丝工艺条件对品质指标具有决定性的影响,表现为提高风压与网络压力,POY强伸度增大,条干均匀性改善;含油率的提高有利于降低条干U值、断裂强度CV值和断裂伸长率CV值;集束位置高度增加,有利于丝束充分冷却,提高断裂强度,降低条干不匀率;最优的纺丝工艺条件为:采用环吹风筒冷却,风筒内插入钢制插板,风压40 Pa;集束位置高度900 mm;油嘴上油,含油率0.43%;网络压力0.7 MPa;卷绕张力15 g。
To obtain the optimal spinning conditions of melt direct spinning semi-dull polyester pre-oriented yarn,the effects of cooling,inserting plate,bundling height,oiling,interlacing process,and winding tension on the quality index of melt direct spinning semi-dull polyester pre-oriented yarn were discussed,and the effects on the quality index was analyzed,so as to optimize spinning process parameters.The results showed that the quality indexes were decisively effected by spinning process with strength and elongation increased,and filament evenness improved.With the increase of wind pressure and interlacing pressure,breaking strength CV and breaking elongation ratio CV decreased,and filament evenness improved.With the increase of oil content,filament was sufficiently cooled,breaking strength increased,and filament evenness improved.With the increase of bundling height,the optimum spinning conditions were as follows:cooled by circular blower,the steel inserting plate inserted into circular blower,wind pressure 40 Pa,bundling height 900 mm,oiled on nozzle,Oil content 0.43%,interlacing pressure 0.7 MPa,winding tension 15 g.
