摘要
针对TA2工业纯钛管的手工钨极氩弧焊(TIG),在分析钛合金焊接性能的基础上,建立了合理的焊接工艺参数,并考察了焊接接头的机械性能和微观组织。结果表明,焊接接头机械性能满足要求,显微组织正常。拉伸试样在焊缝处产生塑性断裂,但其抗拉强度高于母材抗拉强度的90%;焊接接头具有良好的延展性,正弯曲和背弯曲180°不开裂;母材为α等轴晶结构,热影响区为等轴α相+少量细长带状α相,焊缝为少量等轴α相+拉长条状α相。
For the manual TIG welding of TA2 industrial pure titanium pipe,the reasonable welding parameters were established based on the analysis of the welding properties of titanium alloy,and the mechanical properties and microstructure of the welded joints were investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the requirements and the microstructure is normal.Welded joint has good ductility and won’t crack while bending and bending back 180°;the base material has the structure of equiaxed crystal,the heat affected zone is equiaxed phase plus a little elongated strip phase,and the weld seam is equiaxed phase plus elongated strip phase.
