摘要
从用户体验视角,探讨如何完善学习空间的服务和提升图书馆学习空间的价值。通过文献综述和用户调研,建立了一个4个维度16个指标的高校图书馆学习空间服务满意度评价指标体系并进行实证研究。图书馆学习空间在用户的交互体验和情感体验上还需要增强,希望在支持交互学习和交流协作、满足用户个性化需求、提高在线学习资源和设备的丰富性和可获得性以及得到工作人员各种有效帮助等方面得以加强。
From the perspective of user experience,the paper aims to discuss how to improve the service of learning space and enhance the value of library learning space.Based on literature review and user survey,an evaluation index system of learning space service satisfaction in university libraries with 4 dimensions and 16 indicators is establish and empirically studied.Library learning space needs to be enhanced in user interaction and emotional experience,and it is hoped that the aspects including supporting interactive learning,communication and collaboration are to be strengthened to meet the personalized needs of users,improve the richness and availability of online learning resources and equipment,and get all kinds of effective assistance from staffs.
