清肺止咳汤治疗风邪化热壅肺证型咳喘临床研究

Clinical research of Qingfei Zhike decoction in the treatment of cough of wind-heat invading the lung

目的:探讨清肺止咳汤治疗风邪化热壅肺证型咳喘临床效果。方法:选取86例符合风邪化热壅肺证型咳喘诊断的患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用清肺止咳汤治疗,对照组用先声咳喘宁口服液,7d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;同时观察组患者相关症状改善情况优于对照组,药物起效时间、症状消失时间也均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:清肺止咳汤具有寒温并用,攻补兼施,有利于宣肺泄热,止咳平喘之功效。治疗风邪化热壅肺证型咳喘具有良好的疗效,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Qingfei Zhike decoction in the treatment of cough of wind-heat invading the lung. Methods: 86 cases with cough of wind-heat invading the lung were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Qingfei Zhike decoction was used in the observation group, meanwhile Simcere Kechuanning oral liquid was applied in the control group. 7days was decided as a treatment courses.The treatment effect in both group was compared after 2 treatment courses.Results: The observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The observation group were related to improvement of symptoms than the control group, drug onset time, the symptoms disappear time were significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion: Qingfei Zhike decoction has a cold temperature and use, supplementation and attack, help Xuanfei Xiere, cough and asthma effect. Treatment pathogenic wind heat obstruct the lung-type cough has a good effect, it is worthy of wider promotion and application.
