彩色多普勒超声在中医药防治脾切除术后门静脉系统血栓形成中的应用价值

The application value of Color doppler ultrasound in the Combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of portal venous system thrombosis after splenectomy

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在脾切除术后门静脉系统血栓(portal vein thrombosis,PVT)形成中的应用价值。方法:选择行脾切除术患者77例,于术后7天开始使用带有高频探头的彩色多普勒超声诊断仪监测血栓形成及血栓出现部位,根据监测结果,给予联合中医药防治血栓形成,以后每周超声检查1次动态观察溶栓效果,连续3次。结果:脾切除术后第7天共发现PVT26例,用药后,24例门静脉系统血栓完全溶解,2例血栓范围较前明显缩小。结论:彩色多普勒超声可以直观准确发现脾切除术后血栓的形成,监测评估联合中医药防治脾切除术后门静脉系统血栓形成效果具有重要的应用价值。

Objective: To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in splenectomy of portal venous system thrombosis of portal vein thrombosis(PVT) in the formation. Method: 77 cases of patients with splenectomy. On the 7th day after the operation began with the use of high frequency probe of color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for monitoring thrombus formation and thrombus location, according to the monitoring results, given combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thrombosis formation, after weekly ultrasound check 1 time dynamically observe the effect of thrombolysis, three times in a row. Results: seven days after splenectomy were found PVT26. After treatment, 24 cases of portal venous system thrombosis was dissolved completely, 2 cases of thrombosis range is significantly reduced. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound can accurately and visually found the formation of thrombosis after splenectomy, monitoring and evaluation combined with TCM in the prevention and treatment of splenectomy portal vein thrombus formation has important application value.
