化瘀涤痰汤对硬膜下血肿模型大鼠血浆中PT,TT和FG的影响

摘要 目的:观察化瘀涤痰汤对硬膜下血肿模型大鼠治疗过程中血肿面积,凝血酶原(PT),凝血酶(TT)和纤维蛋白原(FG)含量的影响。方法:SD大鼠采用自体血液注射法建立硬膜下血肿大鼠模型,将模型成功大鼠随机分为模型组,化瘀涤痰汤大,中,小剂量组(56.62g/kg,28.26g/kg,14.13g/kg),以天丹通络胶囊为阳性对照药(0.54g/kg),每组10只。另取10只作为假手术组。各组大鼠连续灌胃给药14天,末次给药后,观察各组大鼠血肿面积,测定血浆PT,TT和FG含量。结果:化瘀涤痰汤大,中,小剂量组能够减小硬膜下血肿模型大鼠血肿面积,降低血浆中TT水平,升高FG,PT水平,其中大,中剂量组具有更好的效果,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:化瘀涤痰汤能减小硬膜下血肿模型大鼠血肿面积,并可降低血液中TT含量,升高FG和PT含量,发挥明显的抑制凝血系统的功能,从而对硬膜下血肿具有治疗作用。 Objective: To observe the influence of Huyu Ditan decoction on hematoma area, plasma PT,TT,FG in Subdural Hematoma model rats. Method: The ASDH models were established by autologous blood injection with SD rats, then the successful model rats were randomly divided into model group(the same volume of distilled water), Huyu Ditan decoction high, middle,low group(56.62g/kg, 28.26g/kg, 14.13g/kg), Tiandan Tongluo capsules(0.54 g/kg) as the positive control drug,10 rats in each group. Another 10 rats as sham group. Successive administration for 14 days, after the last delivery, to observe the hematoma area, plasma PT、TT、FG of each group. Results: Huayu Ditan decoction high, middle, low dose group can reduce hematoma area of the subdural hematoma model rats, decrease the level of plasma TT, increase the level of plasma FG, PT,and the high,middle dose group has better effect, compared with model group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Huyu Ditan decoction can reduce hematoma area of a subdural hematoma model rats, decrease the level of plasma TT, increase the level of plasma FG, PT,and playing a obvious inhibitory function of blood coagulation system, which has therapeutic effect on subdural hema toma.
