不同手术方法治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of different surgical methods in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures

目的:分析不同手术方法治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效及应用价值。方法:选取82例(83髋)股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,DHS内固定34例,锁定钢板内固定8例,P FNA内固定17例,人工髋关节置换术23例(24髋)。结果:所有病例经过6~24个月的随访,取得较为满意的疗效。结论:不同手术方法均可治疗股骨转子间骨折,但应根据患者骨折类型和骨质条件等情况综合分析,合理选择。

Objective: To analyze the clinical value of different surgical methods for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: A total of 82 cases(83 hips) of intertrochanteric fractures in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, 34 cases were treated with DHS internal fixation, locking plate internal fixation in 8 cases, 17 cases were treated with PFNA internal fixation, artificial hip replacement surgery in 23 cases(24 hips). Results: All cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months. Conclusion: Different surgical methods can be used in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures, but according to the type of fracture and bone condition s and other comprehensive analysis, a reasonable choice.
