自制小儿灌肠器在骨科临床护理中的应用

The application of self-made enemator in clinical nursing in department of orthopedics

目的:简化灌肠操作,改进小儿用药方法,提高用药效率。方法:自制小儿灌肠器应用于120例患儿,操作完毕后采用问卷方式,调查患儿家长(120名)和医护人员(50名)对小儿灌肠器的满意度。结果:111名(92.5%)患儿家属对小儿灌肠器表示满意,认为能解决小儿用药难题,可以减轻患儿疼痛;48名(96.0%)医护人员认为使用方便,有利于患儿治疗。结论:自制小儿灌肠器可明显提高护士的工作效率、患儿的治疗效果和舒适度,提高患儿家属的满意度,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To simplify the operation of the enema, improve the method of drug use in children, and improve the efficiency of drug use. Methods: Self-made infantile enemator used in 120 cases,adopting the questionnaire after the completion of the operation,the satisfaction survey of parents of children(120) and staff(50) 0n infantile enemator. Results: 111 families with children(92.5%) children with their families on infantile enemator expressed satisfaction,that can solve the problem of pediatric medication,reduce the pain of patients,48(96.0%) medical staff children with treatment. Conclusion: Self-made enema can significantly improve the efficiency of the nurses, the treatment effect and comfort,improve the satisfaction and is worth promoting the application.
