摘要 利用离子色谱法同时快速测定地表水中4种无机阴离子F^-、Cl^-、NO_3^-和SO_4^(2-),其测定曲线的浓度范围:F^-和NO_3^-为0.05~2.00mg/L,Cl^-为0.50~10.00mg/L、SO_4^(2-)为1.00~20.00mg/L;相关系数:0.9997~0.9999;加标回收率:92.0%~108.0%;精密度相对标准偏差:0.94%~1.81%。该方法具有前处理简单、分离效果良好、分析时间较短、灵敏度较高、检出限较低、操作较简便等特点,可用于快速测定环境地表水中F^-、Cl^-、NO_3^-、SO_4^(2-)这4种常见无机阴离子。 In this experiment,a rapid method for the simultaneous determination of four inorganic anions of F-,Cl-,NO3-and SO42-in surface water by ion chromatography was studied.The linear range of concentration of the curve:F-and NO3-are 0.05 to 2.00 mg/L,Cl-is 0.50 to 10.00mg/L,and SO42-is 1.00 to 20.00 mg/L. The range of correlation coefficient:0.9997~0.9999,the recovery rate of standard addition:92.0%~108.0%,the relative standard deviation of precision:0.94%~1.81%.The operation and pretreatment of ion chromatog-raphy are simple,the separation effect is good,the analysis time is short,the sensitivity is high,and the detection limit is low.It is suitable for the determination of four common inorganic anions such as F-,Cl-,NO3-and SO42-in surface water.
