摘要 研究表明,cu-Fe系催化剂对于脂肪酸甲酯加氢制备高级脂肪醇具有很好的活性。本文研究了组成,pH值和焙烧温度等因素对其活性的影响。 It has been shown that the Cu-Fe catalyst has higher activity for preparation of fatty alcohols from natural fats and oils. We have studied the influence of the preparation conditions on its activity. The catalyst should be prepared by coprecipitation method. In the course of coprecipitation a proper pH value was controlled. The suitable composition of the catalyst is CuO 50-60%,γ-Fe_2O_340-30%, MgO and other metal oxides about 10%. The calcination temperature of the catalyst should be about 500℃.
