基于系统开放性和动态适应性的特征,将生态系统理论和共生理论引入城镇化进程中特色小镇的研究,对区域城市生态系统进行全面深入的分析。分析创新生态系统基础模型,将确立清晰的价值导向、推进产业结构升级和培育市场动力、完善投融资体制机制、探索特色小镇社会治理精细化和不断优化开放导向、服务便利、依法有序的特色小镇发展的营商环境作为着力点。

Based on the characteristics of system openness and dynamic adaptability, the ecosystem theory and symbiosis theory are introduced into the study of characteristic towns in the process of urbanization, and a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of regional urban ecosystems is carried out. The construction of the basic model of the innovation ecosystem is aimed to help establish clear value orientation, promote the upgrading of industrial structure and foster market dynamics, improve the investment and financing mechanism, explore the refined social governance of characteristic towns and continuously optimize the business environment for the development of characteristic towns featuring openness orientation, convenient service, and orderly management according to law.
