中美贸易战背景下民营企业的财务风险管理研究

Study on the Financial Risk Management of Private Enterprises under the Background of Sino-US Trade War

当前,我国民营企业发展形势严峻,当务之急是要以问题为导向,加强对民企财务风险管理,避免潜在的财务风险进一步转化为财务危机,确保民营经济健康、持续发展。以中美贸易战为视角,针对当前民企面临的内外部问题和风险因素,从宏观和微观两方面提出加强民企财务风险管理的相关对策建议,如加强市场法治建设,出台减税降费政策,降低成本,健全内部控制制度和财务风险预警系统等。

At present,private enterprises in our country are facing challenges and difficulties in their development.To ensure the healthy and sustainable development of private economy,the most urgent task now is to strengthen the financial risk management in private enterprises in light of these difficulties,thus preventing potential financial risks from further turning into financial crisis.Considering the current internal and external problems and risks facing the private enterprises under the background of Sino-US trade war,the author puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the financial risk management in China’s private enterprises from both macro and micro aspects,such as strengthening the legal construction on market,formulate policies to reduce tax and relevant fees,lower the cost,optimize internal control system as well as financial risk warning system.
