23例妊娠急性阑尾炎外科治疗分析

Surgical Treatment to 23 Cases of Pregnancy with Acute Appendicitis

目的:探讨妊娠急性阑尾炎的外科治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析行阑尾切除手术的23例妊娠急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果:23例妊娠急性阑尾炎患者均行阑尾切除手术,切口感染1例,无腹腔脓肿,无流产、早产、死胎,无孕妇死亡。结论:妊娠急性阑尾炎及早诊断、尽快选择阑尾切除术,并注意术中操作、加强围手术期处理,能减少并发症发生。

Objective: To investigate the surgical methods of pregnancy with acute appendicitis. Methods: The clinical data of 23 cases of pregnancy with acute appendicitis who underwent appendectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Appendectomy was performed on 23 cases of pregnancy with acute appendicitis. Incision infection occurred in one case and no abdominal abscess appeared. There are no complications of miscarriage, premature delivery, stillbirth and maternal mortality. Conclusion: Early diagnosis, early appendectomy, careful intraoperative procedure and active perioperative management are the key points for decreasing the occurrence of complications in pregnant women with acute appendicitis.
