多磺酸粘多糖治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床观察

Clinical observation of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate Cream in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis

目的:评价多磺酸粘多糖与丁酸氢化可的松治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法:选择轻中度面部激素依赖性皮炎患者98例,随机分为外用多磺酸粘多糖(治疗组)和外用丁酸氢化可的松(对照组),外用药物为每天外涂2次,连用4周停用外用药物,评价疗效和不良反应。在停药后的第4周观察复发情况,记录复发率。结果:共83例患者完成治疗随访,其中治疗组45例,对照组38例;有效率治疗组为71.11%,对照组为76.32%,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);不良反应发生率治疗组为28.89%,对照组为18.42%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);在随后第4周的随访中,复发率分别是治疗组为11.11%,对照组为42.11%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:与丁酸氢化可的松比较,多磺酸粘多糖对轻中度面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效无明显差异,但是其可减少面部激素依赖性皮炎的复发率。

Objective: To evaluate the therapy efficacy and safety of Mucopolysacde Polysulphate Cream and Hydrocortisone on facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis. Methods: 98 patients with mild to moderate facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups: one was treated with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate Cream(the treatment group), the other one was treated with Hydrocortisone cream(the control group).The cream was applied 2 times per day for 4 weeks continuously, the efficacy and adverse events were evaluated after drug withdrawal. At the 4 weeks after stopping drugs, the recovery of the primary lesions was observed and recorded as well as the recurrence rate. Results: 83 patients completed the treatment and the follow-up, including 45 cases in Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate group and 38 cases in Hydrocortisone group; The effective rate in the treatment group was 71.11%, and 76.32% in the control group, there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0. 05). There was significant difference about the incidence rate of adverse events between two groups(P<0. 05), 28.89% in the treatment group,whereas 18.42% in the control group. However, the recurrence rate in the treatment group(11.11%)was lower than the control group(42.11%).There was significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate Cream was no better than Hydrocortisone in the therapy efficacy of facial mild to moderate corticosteroid addictive dermatitis, but it can reduce the recurrence rate of facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis.
