临床护理路径在前列腺电切护理中的应用

目的:探讨临床护理路径在前列腺电切术患者护理中的应用。方法:选择行前列腺电切术治疗前列腺良性增生患者96例,按就诊顺序分为两组,观察组给予临床护理路径护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者住院时间、治疗费用、护理满意度、并发症发生率等情况。结果:观察组平均住院时间、治疗费用、并发症发生情况均明显少于观察组;观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组;各组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:将临床护理路径应用在前列腺电切术患者护理中,可以有效帮助患者术后恢复,减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective: To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path in application of nursing in the prostate.Methods: 96 cases of patients with benign prostate hyperplasia, undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate treatment in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group received clinical nursing pathway. Comparisons were made between the two groups of patients in terms of hospitalization time, cost of treatment, nursing satisfaction rate, and complications. Results:The observation group the average hospitalization time, cost of treatment were significantly shorter than the control group(less than);nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was significantly higher than the control group; the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the observation group; each group of data were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of transurethral resection of the prostate, can effectively help patients postoperative recovery, reduce complications, and improve nursing satisfaction rate.
