细节护理在骨科手术的应用

The application of detailed nursing in orthopedic surgery

目的:探讨细节护理在骨科手术的应用。方法:将收治的100例骨科手术患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予细节护理。比较两组的患者满意度、医生满意度。结果:两组的患者满意度、医生满意度比较,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将细节护理模式引入骨科患者的手术中,能显著提高患者满意度和医生满意度,值得推广。

Objective: To study the application of the detailed nursing in orthopedic surgery. Methods: 100 cases of orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The routine surgical nursing was taken in the control group while the detailed nursing was emphasized in the experimental group. Comparative analysis was made between two groups with the patients’ satisfaction and physicians’ satisfaction.Results: Compared with the patients’ satisfaction, physicians’ satisfaction of the control group, the corresponding items of the experimental group were significantly different, and the difference was statistical(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients’ satisfaction and the physicians’ satisfaction can be effectively improved with the detailed nursing.
