新形势下独立学院护理专业学生就业现状及对策分析

Analysis of the current situation of employment of nursing students and countermeasures in the independent colleges under the new situation

探讨独立学院护生的就业问题。当前,国内独立学院护理专业的建设在硬件、软件上均有不足,社会、学院、医院以及毕业生自身对护理专业发展持差异性的观点,导致独立学院护理专业毕业生就业压力增大。新形势下,必须在关心护理专业发展的前提下,转变护理专业毕业生就业观念,拓展护生就业渠道,改革护理专业教学,完善临床护理管理体制和考核机制,进而实现护理专业毕业生高质量的就业。

To discuss employment issues of nursing students in independent institutes.At present,nursing specialty orientation in Chinese independent colleges has some shortcomings in hard and soft construction. Some views over the nursing major in society, colleges and hospitals all have been held as differently as that of some graduates,which would cause pressure build-up in some graduates in independent college. Nevertheless, under new situation we should make them change their employment ideas at the premise of being concerned with major development in professional curriculum, teaching level, meanwhile, we should put more efforts on improving the clinical nursing management system and evaluation system so as to make our fresh graduate in nursing major to be highly qualified employed.
