山区妇幼保健工作人员少,覆盖面大,任务重,责任大,公共卫生服务项目多,要求高,必须积极稳妥推进妇幼保健和计划生育技术服务资源整合,大力加强妇幼健康服务体系建设,坚持保健和临床双轮驱动,统筹做好妇幼健康服务工作,积极应对生育政策调整后妇幼健康工作新形势,为山区的广大妇女儿童提供优质高效的健康服务。

The staff for maternity and child care in the mountain regions are far from enough, due to the big coverage, heavy task, grave responsibility and high demand for the public health services. As a result, we must promote maternity and child care and family planning services resources integration, strengthen maternal and child care service system, adhere to both health and clinical care, and plan maternity and child care services as a whole. So that we can handle the new maternity and child care situation after the birth control policy adjustment, and provide the quality and efficient health services for the women and children in the mountain regions.
