右美托咪定在老年患者腰椎术全麻中的应用疗效

目的:对右美托咪定在老年患者腰椎术全麻中的应用疗效加以评估。方法:选取某医院2014年10月-2015年10月期间收治的老年腰椎患者72例,以手术治疗中使用的麻醉方法为依据,将所选患者均分为两组,每组36例,进行术中麻醉时,对照组采用方式为舒芬太尼,观察组采用方式为舒芬太尼+右美托咪定,对两组患者麻醉效果进行分析、评估。结果:观察组患者镇静满意率高于对照组;观察组患者的苏醒及拔管时间、镇静评分优于对照组;观察组疼痛效果有效率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用右美托咪定麻醉老年腰椎患者,可获取极佳的镇痛及镇静效果,对提高医疗质量及安全有积极的意义。
