β受体阻滞剂治疗射血分数保留心衰的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察美托洛尔、卡维地洛治疗HF-PEF的疗效。方法:92例HF-PEF患者随机分为对照组(46例)和卡维地洛组(46例)。对照组采用常规治疗+酒石酸美托洛尔,卡维地洛组采用常规治疗+卡维地洛。记录两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、6min步行距离、E/E’值、NT-pro BNP。结果:两组均能有效改善HF-PEF患者的心功能,卡维地洛组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后自身比较及治疗后卡维地洛组与对照组比较,6min步行距离提高,E/E’、NT-pro BNP值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:β受体阻滞剂治疗HF-PEF有效,卡维地洛优于美托洛尔。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy ofβ-blocker in treating heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction( HF-PEF).Methods:92 patients with HF-PEF were randomly divided into two groups: control group of 46 patients and the carvedilol group of 46 patients. Control group were treated by conventional treatment and metoprolol. Carvedilol group were treated by conventional treatment and carvedilol. Then the clinical efficacy、6 minutes walking distance、 E/E’、NT-pro BNP in two groups were observed.Results:Clinical total effective rate in carvedilol group were increased higher than in control group. The differences were significant between the two groups(P<0.05). The 6 minutes walking distance were increased after treatment in two groups, E/E’and NTpro BNP were reduced after treatment in two groups.The differences were also significant between the two groups after treatment, more significant in the carvedilol group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Conventional treatment withβ-blocker is effective for HF-PEF. carvedilol is better than metoprolol。
