针对性护理对于预防患者术中压疮的临床效果

Targeted nursing to prevent patients with the clinical effect of medium pressure sores

目的:探讨针对性护理在预防患者术中压疮的临床效果。方法:抽取某医院2013年5月-2015年12月185例行手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,按掷硬币的方法,随机分为观察组和对照组,正面落地分为观察组,观察组92例,反面落地分为对照组,对照组73例。观察组予以针对性护理,对照组予以常规护理。观察比较两组患者术中压疮的发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者术中压疮的发生率为4.35%,对照组患者术中压疮的发生率为15.07%,观察组术中压疮发生率明显低于对照组,同时观察组患者的护理满意率(100%)明显高于对照组(76.72%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理可有效预防患者术中压疮的发生,明显提高护理质量,可在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective:To discuss clinical effect of pertinence nursing in preventing medium pressure sores. Method:Extract from May 2013 to December 2015 as the research object, 185 patients who underwent surgical treatment of the coin toss, randomly divided into observation group and control group, positive ground divided into observation group and observation group 92 examples, opposite the ground were divided into control group and the control group(n =92). Be targeted nursing observation group, control group routine nursing. Compare two groups of patients the incidence of intermediate pressure sores and nursing satisfaction. Results:Observation group of patients with intermediate pressure sore incidence was 4.35%, control group patients who medium pressure sore incidence was 15.07%, art medium pressure sore incidence of observation group was obviously lower than the control group and observation group of patients at the same time the nursing satisfaction(100%) is significantly higher than control group(76.72%), statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Targeted nursing can effectively prevent the happening of the medium pressure sore patients surgery, significantly improve the quality of nursing care, which can be applied in clinical practice.
