摘要 目的:探讨骨折护理中实施健康教育的方法及效果。方法:选择骨折患者78例,按照随机数字法分为两组,每组39例。对照组患者按照骨科常规护理方案处理,而观察组除了予以常规骨科护理外,还加强全程健康教育。观察记录两组患者对护理满意率、对健康知识知晓率、住院时间,并采取统计学分析。结果:观察组患者对护理满意率为97.44%,显著高于对照组66.93%(P<0.05);观察组患者对健康知识知晓率为98.87%,显著高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05);观察组住院时间为(15.07±3.24)d,显著短于对照组(20.41±4.36)d,P<0.05。结论:骨折护理中采取全程健康教育处理,不仅可以提高患者对护理满意率、对健康知识知晓率,而且可以缩短住院时间。 Objective:To discuss the method and efficacy of health education in facture patients nursing. Methods:78 cases with fracture received selected and randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in each respectively. The control group was dealt with regular nursing plan in orthopedic department. Whereas, the observation group was given health education in addition to regular nursing. Nursing satisfactory rate, health knowledge coverage, hospitalization duration were recorded respectively and statistical analysis was made. Result:nursing satisfactory rate of the observation group was 98.87%, significantly higher than that of control group, which was 76.92%(P<0.05); hospitalization duration of the observation group was(15.07±3.24)d,significantly shorter than that of control group, which was(20.41±4.36)d(P<0.05).Conclusion:health education combined with regular nursing in facture patients can elevate nursing satisfactory rate, health knowledge coverage, and shorten hospitalization time.
