食道癌术后吻合口瘢痕狭窄介入治疗的护理

The nursing for esophageal anastomotic stenosis patients after balloon dilation

目的:探讨食道癌术后吻合口瘢痕狭窄介入治疗患者的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析68例食道癌术后瘢痕吻合口瘢痕行球囊扩张术患者住院期间的各项护理措施、手术过程以及患者预后情况。结果:68例患者经针对性的改善营养状况后,均能耐受手术治疗。经术前心理护理后,无1例发生紧张、焦虑情绪,均处于良好的心理状态。本组65例患者经术前及术中指导后,均顺利完成球囊扩张术。术后61例(93.8%)患者局部出血;56例(86.2%)患者出现咽痛、咽喉部异物感;5例(7.7%)有食道反流相关症状。无感染及消化道穿孔发生。球囊扩张治疗有效率为100%。31例(47.7%)患者在术后3~12个月内再发进食困难加重接受二次治疗。结论:食道球囊扩张术结合各项护理措施可有效的缓解因食道癌术后吻合口狭窄所导致的吞咽困难,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To discuss the nursing for esophageal anastomotic stenosis patients after balloon dilation.Methods:68 patients with esophageal anastomotic stenosis who were conducted by balloon dilation in our hospital were taken as experimental group. A retrospective study on nursing and operation process and outcome of these patients was made. Results:After receiving well prepared diet guidance before operation, 68 patients could be done with the operation. In psychological nursing, there is none of the patients with confusion and nervousness. Except that 3 patients who were failed in operation, the rest pass the operation successfully. After operation, there are several kinds of complications of operation. 61 patients had partial hemorrhage; 56 patients suffered from pharyngalgia, 5 patients suffered from esophageal reflux and be healed with psychological nursing; None of patients ha symptom of infection and gaslrointestinal perforation. All of these patients were treated successfully, 31 of them would suffer from worsen dysphagia again in 3 months to 12 months after balloon dilation operation.Conclusions:All kinds of nursing together with balloon dilation could be very effective to relieve esophageal anastomotic stenosis patients and improve their life.
