优质护理干预对晚期癌症患者心理及生活质量影响

Effect of quality care on psychological and quality of life in patients with advanced cancer

目的:探讨优质护理干预对晚期癌症患者心理和生活质量的影响。方法:选取某医院收治的确诊为晚期癌症患者76例进行研究,随机分为两组,即对照组(n=37)行常规护理,观察组(n=37)行优质护理服务,观察干预后两组患者心理状态和生活质量状况。结果:观察组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SF-36评分优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在晚期癌症患者的治疗过程中实施优质护理干预能够显著改善其生活质量和心理状态,值得普及。

Objective:To investigate the quality of nursing intervention on psychological and quality of life in patients with advanced cancer. Methods: 76 patients diagnosed with advanced cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, control group(n= 37) received conventional care, the observation group(n=37) received quality care, mental state and quality of life in the two groups were observed after intervention. Results: The patients SDS scores, SAS scores of the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the quality of nursing intervention in treatment of patients with advanced cancer can significantly improve their quality of life and psychological state, it is worth to spread.
