规范临床路径对消化内科护生实习带教的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨规范临床路径对消化内科护理实习生带教效果。方法:选取80名实习护生,分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用规范临床路径教学,对照组采用传统教学,对比两组护生理论成绩,操作成绩,对教学的满意度。结果:实验组理论成绩、操作成绩、教学满意度均优于对照组。结论:规范临床路径护理教学,可以有效的提高护理教学的质量,值得在护生临床实习教学中推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the path specification of gastroenterology nursing intern teaching effect.Methods:A total of our department 80 practice nursing students, divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group by normative approach teaching,the control group used the traditional teaching, compared two groups of nursing students theoretical achievement, operating results, the satisfaction of teaching.Results:Theoretical scores of the experimental group, operating results, teaching satisfaction were superior to the control group. Conclusion:Nursing teaching path specification can effectively improve the nursing teaching quality. It is valuable in clinical practice of nursing students in the teaching of popularization and application.
