手术室优质护理模式在子宫肌瘤切除术患者中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of high quality nursing model in patients with uterine myoma resection

目的:观察在子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理工作中开展优质护理模式的效果。方法:选取妇科收治的100例行手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者作为研究样本,采用平行随机抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组开展常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用优质护理模式,护理后采用心理情绪评估量表(SCL-90)对两组患者的心理状况进行对比分析。结果:观察组的SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数及阳性症状均分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理模式能够有效缓解子宫肌瘤患者围术期的不良情绪,提高护理质量。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in operation room of perioperative nursing in patients with uterine fibroids, provide a reference for future work. Methods: 100 cases of surgical treatment in our hospital gynecology treated in the hysteromyoma patients as research object, using the parallel random sampling method for the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group on the basis of routine nursing care in developing high quality nursing mode,using psychological assessment scale(SCL-90) to evaluate the psychological status of patients in the two groups, and the results were compared. Results: the total average score of SCL-90 the observation group,after operation, the number of positive items and positive symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group,with There was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: the development of high quality nursing model of uterine leiomyoma patients during the perioperative period,can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,and improve the quality of nursing.
