摘要
利用Gleeble-2000D型热模拟试验机,研究了焊接线能量对450 MPa级耐候钢焊接粗晶区(CGHAZ)组织及性能的影响。结果表明:焊接线能量在13.66~30.55kJ/cm范围内时,CGHAZ硬度从222HV10降至186HV10,硬度值均高于母材,未出现软化倾向;当焊接线能量为19.32kJ/cm时,冲击断口为韧窝断裂,CGHAZ冲击韧性最高,冲击吸收功(-20℃)达到134J。
The effect of welding line energy on CGHAZ micro structure and property of 450MPa grade weathering steel was studied by using Gleeble-2000D thermal simulation testing machine.The result showed that,when the welding line energy was in the range of 13.66~30.55 kJ/cm,the hardness of CGHAZ decreased from222HV10 to 186HV10,and the hardness was higher than that of base metal,and there was no softening tendency;when the welding line energy was 19.32 kJ/cm,the impact fracture was dimple fracture,the impact toughness of CGHAZ reached the highest,and the impact energy(-20℃)was 134J.
