CT定位穿刺治疗高血压脑出血临床分析

Clinical analysis of CT positioning puncture for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨CT定位下软通道穿刺治疗高血压脑出血的方法及疗效。方法对72例高血压脑出血CT定位下软通道穿刺血肿抽吸术治疗的患者临床资料进行分析。结果该72例患者中存活65例,死亡7例;在存活的患者中随访3~6个月,按ADL(日常生活能力)分级:Ⅰ级10例、Ⅱ级16例、Ⅲ级20例、Ⅳ级15例、Ⅴ级4例。结论定向软通道技术治疗高血压脑出血是一种切实有效的治疗方法,可提高患者存活率,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect and method of puncture for the treatment of soft channel of hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage in CT positioning.Methods The clinical data of 72 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients under CT localization soft chan-nel puncture hematoma suction treatment were analyzed.Results Among 72 cases,there were 65 cases of survival and 7 cases of death;the survived patients were followed up for 3~6 months,and according to ADL grading,there were 10 patients of gradeⅠ,16 of gradeⅡ,20 of gradeⅢ,15 of gradeⅣ,and 4 of gradeⅤ.Conclusion Directional soft channel technology can improve the survival rate of patients with hy-pertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and improve the quality of life.It is an effective treatment.
