急性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical curative effect of one-time root canal treatment for acute pulpitis

目的分析一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法选择65例急性牙髓炎患者,随机分成观察组33例和对照组32例。观察组采用一次性根管治疗,对照组采用开髓后封失活剂,分次根管消毒、根管充填等常规根管治疗。结果治疗48 h后,有效率对照组高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1年后疗效综合评价,观察组高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性牙髓炎一次性根充治疗可以减少术者的操作程度和患者的痛苦、就诊次数和受感染几率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of one-time root canal treatment for acute pulpitis.Methods Sixty-fice patients with acute pulpitis were recruited and divided into observation group with 33cases and control group with 32cases.Observation group received disposable root canal treatment,while control group was applied pulp seal inactivation agent,split root canal disinfection,and root canal fill-ing of root canal therapy.Results After 48h treatment,observation group showed significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05).The efficacy of control group was higher than that of observation group.The comprehensive evaluation of effect of the treatment one year later confirmed by chi-square test had no difference between the two groups.Conclusion One-time root canal treatment can reduce the operation of the pain of patients with acute pulpitis,and also the number of visits and the risk of infection.
