摘要
目的检测血清亲环素A(CyPA)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在非心瓣膜病持续性心房颤动患者中的表达,探讨两者对持续性房颤的可能作用。方法观察组为非心瓣膜病持续性房颤患者60例(房颤组),选取我科同期住院条件相同的窦性心律非心瓣膜病患者60例为对照组(非房颤组)。采用ELISA法检测两组患者血清中CyPA浓度,采用乳胶免疫比浊法检测两组患者血清中hs-CRP浓度,应用超声测量左心房前后径(LAD),进行统计学分析。结果观察组血清中CyPA和hs-CRP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LAD大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清中CyPA与hs-CRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.70,P<0.05);CyPA浓度与LAD呈正相关(r=0.64,P<0.05);hs-CRP浓度与LAD呈正相关(r=0.88,P<0.05)。结论房颤的发生与发展可能与慢性炎症引起的心房重构有关;CyPA和hs-CRP在非心瓣膜病持续性房颤患者血清中高表达,二者的协同作用在房颤的维持和发展的分子机制中可能发挥重要作用。
Objective To observe the changing of Cyclophilin A (CyPA)and C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)in patients with non-rheumatic long-enduring atrial fibrillation and explore the relationship of CyPA、hs-CRP and non-rheumatic long-enduring atrial fibrillation. Methods 120 patients in our hospital were enrolled.Out of them 60 patients had non-rheumatic long-enduring atrial fibrillation,and 60 pa-tients sinus rhythm.The serum levels of CyPA were measured by ELISA,and the serum levels of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were measured by immune colorimetric method,meanwhile left atrium diameter (LAD)were determined by echocardiography.Results The serum CyPA and hs-CRP in the patients with long-enduring atrial fibrillation were higher than that in the patients with sinus rhythm (P<0.05).The LAD of the patients with long-enduring atrial fibrillation was larger than that in the patients with sinus rhythm (P<0.05).In the patients with long-enduring atrial fibrillation,the CyPA level was correlated positively with hs-CRP level (r=0.70,P<0.05);the CyPA level was correlated positively with LAD (r=0.64,P<0.05 );and the hs-CRP level was correlated positively with LAD (r=0.88,P<0.05 ). Conclusion The chronic inflammatory reaction resulted in the atrial structural remodeling,and it may be correlated with the initiation and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.The increase of CyPA and hs-CRP level might be correlated with the initiation and maintenance of atrial fi-brillation.
