摘要
目的探讨医学生人文医学执业技能培训对患者心理康复的作用。方法对部分进修医生及研究生进行人文医学执业技能培训,并将人文关怀应用于临床工作。65例三类手术患者分为对照组和治疗组(人文关怀组),对照组患者按常规进行治疗,治疗组患者由经过人文医学执业技能培训的住院医师管理,并对患者加强人文关怀、医患沟通,给予心理疏导和支持。治疗前后分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁评分量表和焦虑评分量表进行评分。结果术前两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),汉密尔顿焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后治疗组患者汉密尔顿焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对住院医师进行人文关怀培训并用于临床工作,可以改善患者围手术期焦虑程度。
Objective To investigate the effects of humanities medicine practicing skills training for medical students on psychologi-cal intervention of patients.Methods 65 patients underwent grade III operation were divided into control group and humane care group.The residents underwent humanistic medicine skills training treat the patients in humane care group.The patients in humane care group were pro-vided with strengthen humane care,doctor-patient communication,psychological counseling and support.The psychological condition of the pa-tients were evaluated by using Hamilton Anxiey Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after treatment respec-tively.Results Hamilton depression score between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant before operation(P>0.05 ), Hamilton anxiety score between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant before operation(P>0.05).Hamilton anxiety scores of patients in humane care group was lower than that of the patients in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Humane care training for the residency is useful for reducing the perioperative anxiety of the patients.
