双心医学模式在冠心病、高血压病患者中的应用研究

Application of psycho-cardiology medical mode in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) and hypertension complicated with depression

目的探讨双心医学模式在冠心病、高血压病合并抑郁患者中的应用。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对住院的冠心病、高血压病患者进行评分,符合条件的患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上应用双心医学模式进行心理干预,治疗前和治疗后4周观察两组患者的临床症状、SDS评分、B型脑钠肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心电图变化情况。结果治疗前后观察组、对照组患者的临床疗效、BNP、LVEF以及SDS评分均有改善,且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病、高血压病合并抑郁患者在进行躯体疾病治疗的同时进行心理干预,可以取得更好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the application of psycho-cardiology medical mode in patients with coronary artery disease ( CAD) and hypertension complicated depression .Methods Hospitalized patients with CAD or hypertension were assessed with Zung self-rating depression scale ( SDS) .The selected cases with depression were divided into the observation group ( received intervention of psycho-cardiology medical mode based on routine medication ) and the control group ( received routine medication ) .Tests were done after 4 weeks and changes,including clinical symptoms,scores of SDS,B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and e-lectrocardiogram ,of the two groups before and after therapy were statistically analyzed .Results Of all the observation and the control groups , clinical effects ,BNP,LVEF and total scores of SDS were improved before and after therapy ,and the observation group had better effects com-pared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined psychological intervention and routine medication ,patients with CAD and hypertension complicated depression can have mental disorders treated and receive better clinical effects at the same time .
