经直肠B超诊断前列腺增生的图像特征及对手术的指导作用

Image features of B-type ultrasound in diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia and its guiding role in surgery

目的总结经直肠B超诊断前列腺增生(BPH)的图像特征及对手术的指导作用。方法回顾性分析92例BPH患者经直肠B超图像特征,并根据B超探查结果选择合理治疗方法。结果 B超诊断BHP符合率95.65%、漏诊率3.26%、误诊率1.08%;BPH病灶多呈均匀细小光点,内腺以低回声为主,外腺以强回声为主;包膜清晰占62.92%。确诊为BPH的88例患者中,13例注射无水乙醇,11例行开放性手术,64例行经尿道电切术。结论经直肠B超诊断前列腺增生正确率高,对手术治疗有良好指导作用。

Objective To summarize the image features of B-type ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia and its guiding role in surgery .Methods A retrospective analysis of trans-rectal B-picture feature of 92 patients with BPH was performed ,and appro-priate treatment was chosen based on B-probe.Results The correct rate of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of BHP was 95.65%,the missed di-agnosis rate was 3.26%,and misdiagnosis rate was 1.08%;BPH lesions were mostly even tiny points of light ,the inner gland was hypoecho-ic,and the outer gland was mixed with hypoechoic;clear envelope accounted for 62.92%.Among the diagnosed BPH 88 patients,13 cases re-ceived injection of ethanol ,11 cases had open surgery ,and 64 patients undertook transurethral resection .Conclusion The accurate rate of trans-rectal B-type ultrasound is high and it has a good guiding role in surgery .
