腹腔镜下直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术近期疗效及安全性分析

Evaluation of short-term efficacy and safety of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术的安全性和近期疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2013年以来腹腔镜下直肠癌30例患者临床资料。结果所有病例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术,手术时间为103~300 min,患者术后1~3 d开始下床活动,肛门排气时间2~8 d,术后住院日7~19 d,术后病理报告切除淋巴结数3~23枚,术后发生切口感染1例,肠梗阻1例,全组无手术死亡病例。结论腹腔镜下直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术安全可行,患者术后恢复快,具有明显的微创优势。

Objective To investigate the safety and short-term efficacy of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer . Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed .Results All the operations were successful .The operation time was from 103 to 300 min.Ambulation began within 1~3 days postoperatively .The time needed for the recovery of gastrointestinal functions was from 2 to 8 days.The average postoperative hospitalization days was from 7 to 19 days.The number of lymph nodes of rectal cancer was from 3 to 23.The wound infection occurred in 1 case,intestinal obstruction in 1 case, and there was no death cases in operation period .Conclusion Laparoscopic total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer is feasible and safe , which has the quick postoperative recovery and the obvious advantage of being minimally invasive .
