控制血糖达标对糖尿病合并前葡萄膜炎患者临床疗效的影响

Influence of clinical effect of glucose controlling up on standard in diabetic patients with anterior uveitis

目的评估控制血糖达标对糖尿病合并前葡萄膜炎患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法 58例糖尿病合并前葡萄膜炎患者,根据血糖控制情况分为研究组(血糖控制达标,共23例)与对照组(血糖控制未达标,共35例)。两组患者均予以激素及非甾体抗炎药滴眼治疗,比较两组的临床疗效差异,Logistic回归分析与临床疗效相关的独立危险因素。结果与对照组相比,研究组的显效率、总有效率较高,而无效率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示血糖为临床疗效的独立危险因素。结论严格控制血糖达标是影响糖尿病合并前葡萄膜炎患者临床疗效的重要因素。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of controlling glucose up on standard in diabetic patients with anterior uveitis . Methods The data of 58 diabetic patients with anterior uveitis were collected to study .The patients were divided into research group ( con-trolling up to the standard,23 cases) and control group (controlling above the standard with all causes ,35 cases),according to the patients'glucose controlling condition .All patients received ophthalmic drugs ,such as hormone and NSAIDS .The clinical effects were compared be-tween the two groups .The independent risk factors to clinical effects were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis .Results Com-pared to control group ,the effectual rate and total cure rate in research group were higher ,but inefficient rate in research group was lower ( all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that the plasma glucose level was independent factor to clinical effects in diabetic patients with uveitis.Conclusion Plasma glucose level is an independent factor to clinical effects in diabetic patients with anterior uveitis .
