简易标准化病人应用于急诊科轮转护士培训的效果观察

Application of standardized simulation patients in hospital emergency departments at grass-roots level rotary nurse

目的探讨简易标准化病人(SSP)应用于急诊科轮转护士培训的效果。方法选取某二级甲等医院急诊科轮转护士102名,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组护士应用SSP进行培训教育,对照组采用常培训方式。结果试验组在急诊常用护理技能方面(除心电图操作)、综合能力、培训考核方法满意度,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科轮转护士应用SSP培训测试后,在护理技能合格率和综合能力测试方面都得以明显提高。

Objective To investigate the effect of the application of standardized patients in the emergency department of rotary nur -ses.Methods Totally 102 cases of nurse rotation at the emergency department in a level 2 grade hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group .Experimental group training nurses used simple standardized patient education ,while the control used often training methods .Results Compared with the control group ,experimental group in common nursing skills ( exception of electrocar-diogram),comprehensive ability,and training satisfaction appraisal method had statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nurse rotation which use simple standardized patient training in nursing skills improve obvious qualification after test ,which can obviously improve the comprehensive ability ,thus it is worth further popularization and clinical application .
