组合式敷料治疗腹部切口愈合不良的临床观察和护理

Clinical observation and nursing of combined dressing in treatment of poor abdominalincision healing

目的探讨组合式敷料治疗腹部切口愈合不良的效果与护理。方法按照随机分组方法,将我院50例腹部切口愈合不良的患者分为观察组(26例)和对照组(24例),观察组采用新型湿式敷料与传统的换药材料组合使用处理切口,对照组采用0.1%乳酸依沙吖啶溶液处理切口。结果观察组治疗效果和愈合时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多种互补的组合式敷料使用对腹部切口愈合不良患者有明显的治疗效果,能缩短切口愈合时间,提高治愈率。

Objective To explore the clinical healing of poor incision healing in abdominal by the most appropriate way of combined dressing.Methods Fifty cases of patients with poor abdominal incision healing were randomly divided into observation group (n=26) and control group ( n=24 ) .The wound was treated with combined multiple complementary dressing in observation group ,while the control group was treated with 0.1%ethacridine lactate solution .Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better ,and the wound healing time was shorter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined multiple complementary dressing can shorten the wound healing time ,and improve the cure rate of the patient with poor abdominal incision healing ,which has obvious therapeutic effect .
