Nursing cooperation on rescuing patients with postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section operations

目的总结剖宫产术中产后出血的抢救护理配合。方法回顾性分析我院近4年的540例剖宫产患者的病例资料,分析产后出血的发生率,总结抢救护理配合体会。结果剖宫产术中产后出血患者20例,发生率3.7%。经抢救后,所有产妇出血均得到有效控制。结论术前充分的抢救准备、术中的密切配合和术后的有效护理是出血抢救成功的保证。

Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation on rescuing patients with postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section operations .Methods The clinical data of 540 patients underwent cesarean section in the past 4 years were analyzed retrospectively .The inci-dence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was calculated ,and the nursing cooperation on rescuing was summarized .Results Postpartum hemor-rhage was found in 20 patients,and the incidences rate was 3.7%.After the rescue,all hemorrhage was controlled effectively .Conclusion The preoperative sufficient rescue provision ,the intraoperative close cooperation ,and the post-operative effective nursing ensure the success-ful rescue .
