某校临床医学专业毕业生就业观调查与分析

Survey and analysis of employment view of clinical medicine graduates from a university

目的探索某校临床医学专业毕业生的就业观念及基层就业意愿,为树立正确的就业理念、鼓励医学毕业生投身基层提供科学依据。方法采用自制问卷,通过整群抽样法抽取400名临床毕业生不记名现场调查,数据使用统计软件录入分析。结果大部分医学毕业生认为当前医学生就业形势严峻,择业期望值过高,毕业生对于服务基层热情不高。结论应从医学生自身、政府和学校三个角度综合着手,通过加强综合素质的培养、规范市场以及就业指导等措施帮助医学生树立科学就业观。

Objective Through exploring the medical graduates'employment concept and the grass-roots employment intention,to provide a scientific basis for establishing a correct concept of employment and encouraging medical graduates into the basic level.Methods With the questionnaire designed by themselves,the researchers sampled 400 clinical college graduates through cluster sampling method,and surveyed them in bearer form;the results were input and analyzed by the statistical software.Results Most of the medical graduates be-lieved that the current employment situation of medical students was serious,the employment inclination was high,and the passion of emplo-ying at primary level was low among the graduates.Conclusion The medical students,government,and school should work together to set up the scientific view of employment by training of comprehensive qualities,regulating the market,strengthening employment guidance and other measures.
