激光腔内凝固术治疗大隐静脉曲张108例临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨激光腔内凝固术(EVLT)治疗大隐静脉曲张的手术要点、并发症防治及疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年5月至2014年5月我科采用激光腔内凝固术治疗的108例大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,所有患者均行大隐静脉激光腔内凝固术,术后观察治疗效果及近、远期并发症。结果手术效果确切,所有患者症状均得到缓解,本组患者术后无严重并发症发生,术后随访1~12个月,无复发病例。结论激光腔内凝固术治疗大隐静脉曲张安全有效,规范手术流程和注意细节可减少并发症的发生,其具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。 Objective To investigate the operation points, prevention and treatment of complications of laser coagulation ( en-dovenous laser treatment, EVLT) in great saphenous veins. Methods The clinical data of 108 cases of patients with varicosis of great saphe-nous vein from May 2013 to May 2014 treated by laser photocoagulation in our department were retrospectively analyzed. All patients under-went great saphenous vein endovenous laser coagulation, then the curative effect and complications after operation were observed. Results The operation was effective, all symptoms were resolved, and no serious complications occurred in patients after surgery. Patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months, and there was no recurrence, either. Conclusion It is safe and effective to apply coagulation endovenous laser treat-ment in varicose great saphenous vein, which has the advantages of small trauma, quick recovery, and thus it is worth clinical application. Standard operation procedure and attention to detail can reduce complications and avoid serious complications.
