某监狱系统人群罹患干眼症的现状调查与危险因素分析

Epidemiological investigation and risk factors of dry eye among persons of the prison system

目的分析某监狱系统人群罹患干眼症现状及相关危险因素。方法收集2013年1月至2014年6月我监狱系统820例受检者健康档案资料,记录每位受检者泪膜破裂时间试验、角结膜荧光素染色、基础泪液分泌试验、睑板腺功能检查的结果,建立数据库进行统计,分析相关危险因素。结果 820例受检者中,干眼症患者79例,患病率为9.63%,女性高于男性,患病率随年龄增长而上升。自觉症状中眼干涩53例(67.09%),异物感37例(46.84%),视疲劳34例(43.04%),瘙痒感25例(31.65%),烧灼感8例(10.13%)。年龄、吸烟、持续看书时间、糖尿病、高血压、泪腺阻塞、工作接触有害气体等因素与干眼症发病相关,Logistic回归分析显示年龄、糖尿病与泪腺阻塞与干眼症发病相关。结论年龄增加、糖尿病与泪腺阻塞是监狱系统人群罹患干眼症的危险因素。

Objectives To investigate and analyze the status and clinical associated risk factors which affect the morbidity rate of dry eye among the persons of the prison system.Methods The clinical data of 820 cases in our prison system from January 2013 to June 2014 were collected.The indexes of break up time(BUT),fleorescein comeal staining(FL),Schirmer I test and meibomian gland function in each examinee were recorded.The database was established,and regression analysis method was applied to analyze the clinical associated risk fac-tors.Results The 79 cases were diagnosed as dry eye among the 820 examinees,and the morbidity rate of dry eye was 9.63%.The morbidity rate of female was higher than that of male,and the morbidity rate was on the trend of escalation along with aging.The cases with the symptom of dryness were 53(67.09%),foreign matter was 37(46.84%),visual fatigue was 34(43.04%),itch was 25(31.65%)and burning was 8 (10.13%).In univariate analysis,the age,smoking,reading duration time,diabetes mellitus,hypertension,lacrimal obstruction,and exposure to harmful gas were identified as risk factors to the morbidity rate of dry eye.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,dia-betes mellitus and lacrimal obstruction were identified as risk factors to the outcome.Conclusion The old age,diabetes mellitus and lacrimal obstruction are the risk factors for dry eye in the persons of the prison system.
